Frequently Asked Questions

Legislated Course Compliance

The Education Portal facilitates the access to courses that may be taken and applied for legislated courses purposes.

As the legislated requirements differ from person to person and industry to industry the way that courses are recorded and applied is down to the individual and is not the responsibility of the Portal Administrators or WCEA (which supplies and supports the software).

System Administration

The system is Administered by the WCEA and any technical enquiries are handled by our central administration team.

Inappropriate Course

If you feel that a piece of content is inappropriate or factually incorrect and should be removed from the Education Portal you can click on the flag icon and then report the course. The course will then be reviewed by an Education Portal Administrator who may decide to remove the course from the portal.

Validity of Courses

The Portal Administrators can place courses in the Education Portal from multiple sources and unless the course has been specifically certified the course is for information purposes only. Where a course is certificated the validity and warranty of that certification should be independently verified by you if you are going to use the course for practical purposes. Any liability arising from the certification lies between you and the certifying body.
